At Palmetto Wellness & Weight Loss MD, we offer three program options depending on the patient’s needs. During the free initial consultation, an evaluation will determine the type of plan required for optimum results. Depending on the option the patient chooses, a plan will then be constructed to begin a healthy weight loss journey. Each plan is individualized based on a person’s tastes and co-morbid conditions.

Three program phases are offered, and transition from one phase to another is based on the patient:

Acute Program

  • Weekly visits with Dr. Eaves or his PA
  • Lab Work
  • Body Composition Measurement
  • Customized Exercise Plan
  • Dietary Recommendations
  • Meal Replacement Available

Transition Program

  • Visits every 2 weeks over a 2 month period with Dr. Eaves or his PA
  • Lab Work
  • Body Composition Measurement
  • Customized Exercise Plan
  • Long-term Dietary Plan

Maintenance & Wellness Program

  • Quarterly visits with Dr. Eaves or his PA
  • Quarterly Lab Work
  • Body Composition Measurement
  • Monthly Weigh-Ins
  • Nutrition and Exercise Counseling

The majority of patients following our medically-guided program will lose 1-2 lbs per week.
